Two hurt in Racine County car accident

Two people recently suffered injuries in Mount Pleasant Village after they were involved in an accident, an article of Racine County Eye reported on December 9.

According to news sources, police and fire crews in Mount Pleasant were notified at 1:37 on the afternoon of December 8 regarding a collision at the intersection of Spring Street and Ramona Drive. Investigators revealed that a 38-year-old woman operating struck a vehicle containing two individuals when she failed to yield while making a left turn. The two people, whose names were not released, were both transported to a hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries they sustained. A citation was issued to the woman for failure to yield.
