Man injured in Town of Norway bicycle accident

A Waterford man suffered injuries after the bicycle he was riding was struck by a vehicle in the Town of Norway, an article of Fox 6 reported.

According to reports, the bicyclist, only identified as a 38-year-old man, was hit by a vehicle as he was heading southbound on STH 36. The bicyclist reportedly suffered damage to his collarbone, as well as a bruise on his hip and other minor injuries. The vehicle involved in the accident fled the scene of the crime, however, authorities recovered a black side mirror from the passenger’s side of the vehicle involved in the crash. Racine authorities are seeking the public’s help in investigating the accident.
