4 injured in Town of Yorkville car crash

At least two of the four people injured in a recent car accident in Town of Yorkville are in critical condition, Fox 6 reported on August 23.

The two-vehicle accident reportedly happened at about 7:00 p.m. on August 22 at the intersection of County Highway KR and US 45. According to responding deputies from the Racine County Sheriff’s Office, two vehicles collided, both containing three passengers. Two of the injured persons are in critical condition due to serious internal injuries they sustained from the crash. Two other people suffered non-life threatening injuries while the remaining two did not receive medical treatment. Initial investigations revealed the accident happened after one of the vehicles failed to stop at a stop sign.
