Four people, including a child, sustained injuries in a recent hit-and-run crash in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, ABC 12 reported on February 9.

Mount Pleasant Police Sergeant David Stroupe stated that two vehicles were involved in an accident at around 2:44 p.m. on February 8 in the vicinity of Durand Avenue and Wood Road. People who saw the collision stated that a vehicle containing four people was struck by a pickup truck that then sped off. Police said the 2-year-old child was listed in critical condition after being brought to Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Authorities later apprehended a woman that they believe was involved in the accident.
