One dead, three hurt in Kinnickinnic mishap

One person is dead and three people were hurt in a recent vehicular accident in Kinnickinnic, ABC News 5 reported on December 15.

According to reports, the two-vehicle accident occurred before 11:00 a.m. at St. Croix County Road and Wisconsin State Highway 65. The car operated by 74-year-old Gordon Ellis Cariveau was struck by another vehicle that failed to stop at a traffic sign. Cariveau was declared dead at a hospital in Hudson. Two passengers and the driver responsible for the accident, James Peuse, 81, were also taken to nearby hospitals to address minor injuries.
