On September 7, a wrong way crash in Milwaukee was caused by a suspected drunk driver and resulted in three injuries, Fox 6 stated.

According to reports, a head-on collision between two vehicles happened on Miller Parkway after 2:00 a.m. Authorities identified the wrong way driver as Jorge Ramirez. Ramirez and his passenger were both unconscious after the crash, while the driver of the other vehicle suffered leg injuries. Deputy Chief Lipski stated that the three people were likely saved by the airbags that deployed in their vehicles. Several charges were filed against Ramirez, including a DUI after authorities found beer cans inside his car.
