3-Vehicle Crash Left 1 Dead, 2 Injured

A semi tractor-trailer, a box van and a car collided in Ashwaubenon Thursday afternoon, killing one and injuring two. Investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the violent wreck, which left no skid marks. Authorities say all three vehicles were traveling southbound on the highway when an unknown event caused the chain reaction.

Reports say the box van and car ran into the median. The box van rolled over, and the car stopped in a ditch beside the road. The driver of the box van suffered minor injuries. The passenger in the car suffered minor injuries, but the car’s driver was pronounced dead at the hospital, authorities said. The semi driver was not injured.
