One seriously hurt in Sheboygan motorcycle accident

A man was recently hospitalized for serious injuries after the motorcycle he was operating got involved in an accident in Sheboygan area, a September 21 report from sheboyganpress.com published.

At around 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, September 20, a motorcycle accident occurred at the intersection of Interstate 43 and State Highway 28, Sergeant Randy Haag of the Sheboygan County Sheriff stated. Motorcycle operator Andrew Zastrow reportedly lost control and crashed his motorcycle after trying to stop himself from crashing into another vehicle in the area. Though Zastrow suffered serious injuries when he was taken to St. Nicholas Hospital, the injuries were considered non-life threatening. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Michel Cherwin and was cited for not yielding to the motorcycle, which resulted in the accident.

Sadly, motorcycle drivers are at risk of serious injuries in accidents if other vehicle drivers are negligent while on the road.
