Rock County hit-and-run results in two fatalities

On Sunday, April 20 a hit-and-run accident in Rock County resulted in the death of two motorcyclists.

Reports indicate that the accident occurred around 7 p.m. on Highway 14. Two motorcyclists in a fleet of five were killed when a Nissan SUV crossed the center line of the highway. Devin J. Julius, 18, and Mitchell J. Vance, 24, were thrown from their motorcycles at the time of impact.

The driver of the SUV responsible for the accident did not stop and render aid. The Rock County Sheriff’s Office is currently pursuing leads that may help them find the driver.
